MK One Project Construction Update - January 2025

We are delighted to share the latest construction progress on MK One - Vizag's most awaited luxury community! As we step into 2025, significant milestones have been achieved, bringing us closer to delivering an extraordinary living experience.

Clubhouse: Interior amenities and exterior finishing work are in full swing.

Block A: Construction has progressed to the 10th-floor flats

Block B: 17th-floor flats are under construction, with basement painting nearing completion.

Block C: Work has advanced to the 24th floor, with structural work nearing completion.

Block D: Achieving its full height of 25 floors, it now stands as the tallest structure in North Vizag.

The Sky Lounge slab work is currently in progress, adding to its grandeur.

We are pleased to share the latest progress on our esteemed MK One project as of September 2023. Overall Progress: Construction is well underway and is on track as per the planned schedule. Clubhouse: The 2nd and 3rd level basements of the clubhouse are successfully completed. Block A: Level 3 basement has been achieved and stands at 100% completion. Block B: Both Level 3 and Level 2 are now 100% completed. Block C: All three levels of basements are successfully completed, along with transfer slab work. Block D: The Mighty Tower is soaring high with all three levels of basements and transfer slab now 100% completed. We’re delighted with the progress we’ve made thus far and remain committed to delivering a world-class living experience at MK One. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
